Over a year ago I placed my 7th order to Wendy @ Typical Dutch Stuff in the Netherlands. I should have known there was something wrong when she did not provide me with tracking numbers or a shipping date...but, you know, this wasn't my first order & she had "forgotten" to send me the info before.
Now, 19 emails later, it is more than a year since she last communicated. I can only assume there was no shipment as promised. There has also been no refund/return of my payment (almost $3000.00 USD).
I don't know why Wendy accepted my order if she had no intention of completing it. I sent her the money (as I had done 6 times before) in good faith & have made many efforts (begging her) to either complete the order or return my payment. I even tried to get the bank to reverse the transfer but they said that she refused to authorize it. NOTE TO ALL: PAY WITH PAYPAL OR CREDIT CARD!! THESE COMPANIES WILL NOT IGNORE THIS BAD BEHAVIOR!!!
If you had read her blog you would have seen that she said that she had other problems & she said that she had resolved all the issues. NOT MINE!!!! Now her site says that she has grown so big that she has moved to another location. I wonder how many other customer payments &/or unfulfilled orders have made this progress possible.
I have learned to live without the extra sales these products would have brought to me....but I am having a real problem living without the money that I sent to her.
